include the typical pasta dish from Lucca, local salami, tiramisu ice cream, sheep’s milk cheese from the hills surrounding Lucca, olive oil tasting and, of course, a selection of local wines. include tasting great wines, a chat with the vineyard owners, sitting outside overlooking the vines whilst sampling locally sourced delicacies which make up lunch and being driven to and from the vineyard from Lucca. A lovely 2-3 hour bike ride to the vineyard is also possible.
