Focusing on the exceptional culture of this beautiful renaissance city, we will explore both familiar and unknown gems with our professional guide. Enjoy a Tuscan cooking course at a spectacular olive farm in Chianti, visit the Florence Biennale and enjoy an evening of music in the city.
You will stay at the charming Hotel Palazzo Guadagni with its iconic loggia overlooking Florence, only a 5 minut walk from Ponte Vecchio.
Meals will, naturally, combine delicious local food and wine.

Itinerary
Tuesday 10th October
- Private transfer from Pisa or Florence Airport to Hotel Palazzo Guadagni. Enjoy a late supper of Tuscan hams and cheeses in the loggia.
Wednesday 11th October
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Explore the Accademia and the Uffizi from a fascinating perspective with your knowledgeable guide
- Enjoy a short stop for a local lunch
- Visit the wonderful Santa Maria Novella church with cloisters and pharmacy and learn about Florence’s exciting history
- Dinner at a local restaurant, wine included.
Thursday 12th October
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Transfer to Chianti olive farm for Tuscan cookery class and lunch.
- Traditional pizza supper, wine included.
Friday 13th October
- Breakfast with at the hotel.
- Enjoy a fascinating Medici themed tour. including a visit to the San Marco monastery
- Rooftop lunch.
- Afternoon at leisure.
- Dinner with wine at local restaurant.
Saturday 14th October
- Breakfast at the hotel.
- Visit the Florence Biennale.
- Private transfer from hotel to Pisa or Florence airport.
There will be an evening of opera either the 10th or the 12th depending on arrival time.
