4 Day Itinerary
1st October 2026
Transport from Milano/Milano Malpensa
You’ll stay at Villa Tiboldi, part of the Malvirà estate, surrounded by vineyards and views across the Roero hills.
On arrival, we ease straight into Piedmont life. A relaxed tour of the estate, followed by a guided tasting of Malvirà’s wines, and a four-course dinner with carefully paired wines on the terrace.
2nd October 2026
Breakfast at Villa Tiboldi
After a slow morning by the pool, we head to Boccondivino—the birthplace of the Slow Food movement—for a long, unforgettable lunch.
Later, we continue through the Barolo hills for a private winery visit and tasting of some of the region’s most celebrated wines.
The day ends in Alba, with a relaxed evening and a proper Italian pizza night.
3rd October 2026
Breakfast at Villa Tiboldi
After experiencing Piedmont at the table, you step into the kitchen.
At a charming local farmhouse, you’ll learn how to prepare some of the region’s most iconic dishes—simple, precise, and full of flavour. Then sit down and enjoy everything you’ve made, paired with local wines.
Back at Villa Tiboldi, the evening is deliberately simple: local cheeses, cured meats, good wine, and time to enjoy it properly.
