With their joint culinary expertise Joss and Luca, who run Colle Mura, offer a range of wonderful activities. You can join them in their vegetable garden and select vegetables or fruit which you can then learn to pickle, ferment, jam or bottle.
Using the pizza oven, you can have fun making your own pizza, or simply baking a fragrant fresh focaccia. A pasta course, creating a ravioli to suit the season, provides you with a wonderful lunch. In the evening a delicious dinner is served al fresco with only the fireflies lighting up the countryside.
The area also offers a range of exciting destinations to visit with quaint hilltop villages in abundance, small and large vineyards, exciting breweries, a famous chocolatier and beautiful cities like Assisi and Perugia. You can choose to be driven to these destinations or, for those who enjoy some activity, biking there is also an option. Across the valley in a hilltop village resort, we offer an exciting 5-course wine-tasting lunch, so there is no shortage of gourmet experiences in the area.
